If you require a telephone call back from the Doctor you must ring the surgery before 10am each day.  The Receptionists will take your details and the GP will ring you back.  They will only try your number once so it is important that you are available to take the call. Please inform the receptionist of the best number and time for the GP to contact you at.

 IMPORTANT NOTICE

Due to serious lack of Locum GP availability during the months of May, June and July 2015 we anticipate significant delays for booking routine GP appointments.

We appreciate your understanding and patience during these months.

Can we point out during the month of April we had 354 unattended appointments.  These appointments could have been offered to other patients needing treatment.  Please ring to cancel an appointment if you cannot attend as soon as possible.
