We are pleased to announce that we are implementing a new patient triage system using AccuRx to enhance your experience at our practice. This innovative approach is designed to simplify communication and improve the way we manage patient requests.

Why the Change?

As our practice continues to grow, we want to ensure that we can meet the demands of all our patients effectively. One of the key improvements with the AccuRx system is that it will significantly reduce the need for telephone calls, allowing us to focus on providing you with the best care possible.

What to Expect:

• Simplified Triage: You will be able to submit your health concerns directly through the AccuRx platform, making it quicker and easier for us to address your needs.
• Improved Communication: Receive timely responses without the hassle of waiting on the phone. Whether you have questions or need to speak with a GP or Pharmacist, AccuRx will streamline the process.
• Remote Consultations: Enjoy the flexibility of remote consultations with our healthcare team, which means you can receive care from the comfort of your home.

Access Hours and Limitations:

The AccuRx Patient Triage medical request system will be accessible daily from 8 AM to 9.30AM. However, for safety reasons, we will only be able to manage a limited number of requests during this timeframe. We encourage you to submit your concerns early to ensure they are addressed promptly.

The AccuRx Patient Triage administrative request system will be accessible daily from 8.30 AM to 3.00pm. You may request repeat medication or a continuation sick line through this service.
